I have been happily living in Colorado since 1995. Prior to that I was a third grade teacher in Connecticut. Originally I hail from a small town near Albany, New York. My sister and I took a bicycling vacation to Colorado in 1989, and I vowed to move here the first chance I got. My first teaching job began at Cedar Springs, and I went on to get my master's degree in special education. I initially came to Kilmer as a SPED teacher, then moved to the third grade after several years. This is my tenth year at Kilmer and Ii am very thankful to be in such an amazing school. Being part of LP inspires me to strive for excellence.
I am thrilled to be teaching 6th grade for the 2010-2011 school year. Mrs. Sevast, Mrs. Robinson, and I will make this a wonderful year for our students. | |
